The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Bellwood’s financial systems, and providing readily accessible, timely and accurate information to residents, the village board and all departments and divisions. The department’s responsibilities include:

  • Annual budget preparation
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Cash receipts and revenue collection
  • Financial reporting
  • Management of all financial records
  • Payroll administration
  • Purchasing
  • Treasury management
  • Utility billing
