Bellwood and Solstice Partner to Bring Electricity Bill Savings to Residents

Bellwood is partnering with Solstice Community Solar to help residents lower their electricity bills without installing solar panels on their homes.

Residents who sign up with Solstice will be assigned a portion of a local shared solar farm. As your portion of the solar farm produces energy for your
community, you will receive reductions on your electricity bills.

 

 

Here is what residents can expect:

• No cost to enroll
• Guaranteed savings of 60% off your
solar credits, same bill as always: still get
your electricity bill from ComEd but
with a discount on your bill each month.
• No installation: no solar panels on your roof!
• Who’s eligible: Renters and homeowners

 Solstice Partnership Benefits:

• Residents who enroll receive a $50 Visa
gift card.
• For the next 3 months, for every
resident who enrolls, Solstice will match
the $50 enrollment bonus to help
Bellwood finance sustainability efforts.
The goal: help 100 residents enroll!
