Bellwood residents must register from Nov. 14 – 18 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. at the Village Hall, Human Resources Department, Room 206

You must bring a photo ID, current water bill, and proof of eligibility for SNAP, SSI, or Medicaid benefits.

Food is limited to one bag per household • Phone-in registration is not allowed
