Construction and Sales Continue at Randolph Estates

Due to the success of the first two phases of eight modern homes known as Englewood Estates and Bellwood Estates, the village announced a new housing plan for the corner of Randolph and Eastern. Known as Randolph Estates, 12 contemporary, 2,100 square-foot single family brick homes are being built.  Four of the homes have been completed and sold; two more are under contract and nearing completion. The remaining six are in various stages of construction. Based on current trends these homes will sell quickly.

Randolph Estates is a cul-de-sac on a private street with sidewalks and ample street lighting. The brick homes feature three spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached two-car garage with a driveway, granite countertops, full basement and a beautiful open floor plan. All homes also include spacious front and back yards.

Bellwood Mayor Andre Harvey said: “Dveloping new and larger homes in Bellwood remains a priority. Like the towns around us, Bellwood is landlocked and we will continue to find ways to meet our residents’ needs. They have repeatedly said they want to stay in Bellwood but that they have outgrown their homes.”

Bellwood Chief of Staff Peter Tsiolis added, “The first two phases were so successful we wanted to make sure the residents had additional options, so we upped the ante with an even more luxurious brick home subdivision that would reflect the growth of and increased pride in the community.”
