Park Place / Bellwood Avenue Development

The Park Place TIF area adjacent to Bellwood Avenue on the south end of the village has already seen 20 new upscale homes developed and Bellwood’s first Computer Resource Center opened. The area is currently examining proposals for Senior Housing between Park Place and Bellwood Avenue.
